Re: Does anyone with the implant still have natural erection
Today, I got what is call a pretty much full blown erection. It was maybe 90%. It was very round, unlike when I pump it up. It also stood up on its own. That's why I'd call it an erection rather than just engorgement. It was hard enough for penetration, provided my wife was wet enough to slide in. Other than that, it's been the same type of engorgement that you guys describe. It's a great feeling to still have. I'm definitely thankful for that.

That sounds very interesting...I am on schedule to go bionic, and everything I've researched says an implant kills any chance of a boner.
DO you think it could have been some type of auto-inflation.
Would be cool if this were a natural erection: what a gift to "have it both ways"!

Definitely not auto inflation in my case. It’s definitely an erection or engorgement.
To be clear. It is NOT firm enough for penetration without pumping up my implant. But my NATURAL erections were not firm enough for penetration. That is WHY I got an implant.
It requires that you currently have some erectile function. If you had a radical prostatectomy and as a result have no erectile function, getting an implant is not going to restore that engorgement.
It is also surgeon dependent. My surgeon (Dr Eid) said he is mindful of the corpora tissue as he is doing the surgery to try to preserve what he can.
So talk to other guys who used your surgeon and find out what they have experienced.

Re: Does anyone with the implant still have natural erection
A few days ago I woke up with nearly an erection. It was very persistent to the point that I gradually was in discomfort. I don't remember morning wood ever hurting that much. I'm closing in on my 3 year surgery anniversary.
Take that for whatever you want.
