Re: Titan guys, Is it possible to over pump and damage the IPP?
At only 13 weeks I can pump til the bulb is hard and the shaft is still very bendable. No such thing as steel rod hard… i wonder if its because my natural girth was more than the implant can fill to and its CC dependent for hardness.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

Something seems wrong there. The entire shaft can be bent at max inflation? At max inflation I think my penis would split open before the shaft bent. You said the bulb is hard, but is it really? If you squeeze harder will more fluid go through? My bulb gets harder but I can still push fluid through until it hits an obvious “you shall not pass” level of hardness.
How many pumps does it take to get to the bulb being hard? With a 26cm implant it should be 30-40 probably. Once it’s hard, can you move your dick around, and then pump some more in (Perito exercises)?
Does it feel adequately hard for all the sexual activities you want to perform?

Pump it bro.
Pills failed in my 30's. Moved on to Trimix. Had a priapism at age 40 on Tri-Mix. End of Tri-Mix.
Implanted Titan 22 cm with Dr. Tajkarimi in Washington D.C. on 4/21/21. Implant failed
12/12/24.
Currently considering options and awaiting revision.

Personally the Perito exercises are fine but I never experience that capability to "add a few more pumps" after bending that everyone talks about. If I can pump further it's because I didn't really max out the pump. And the pump count is really a trick question... everyone's "deflated" is different and everyone's pump volume is different even down to the shape or number of fingers you are using. A bulb pump is only roughly predictable. Personally, because he put extra fluid in, I probably can't even deflate to the point where the cylinders are perfectly flat. Well maybe with a vice

It's functionally plenty hard and once sensation is normal I should be able to use it like that without being too hard for her (she liked the natural flexibility as opposed to feeling like a dildo when I had to clamp it up with trimix.
I am pretty sure the titan can't expand enough to push out hard on my CC or at least not yet which makes sense why it bends about the same as if you were just playing with a demo implant.

This is from a previous post of mine:

Well I just got off of the phone with Coloplast. I was informed that their devices are tested generally to 25-26 PSI which will in no way damage the devise. Also they stated that in their labs their engineers have tested them using 75 pounds of pressure exerted through using the bulb pump that is part of the implant, which according to them is Far beyond what a patient is able to apply even if using two hands, and that NO part of the IPP can be damaged by that much pressure.
