Testicle Pain

Postby Valdekio » Fri Jan 09, 2026 9:48 pm

Well, it's been almost 4 months since my conversion to to the bionic brotherhood. I do have an issue that I was hoping would resolve but I am beginning to think that it might not at this point. As I had mentioned in previous posts the pump encroached greatly on the area of my left testicle pushing it abnormally forward. This has resulted in my testicle being tender almost all the time and wearing jeans is a pain as well as tying my shoes where it gets squeezed easily. Unfortunately I'm thinking I need to pay a visit back to my urologist because it is staying pretty uncomfortable to live with. Has anyone else experienced this issue as I have not seen it mentioned on the board. It's like my testicle has been displaced into a tight and uncomfortable spot by the pump.

Valdekio, sorry about your testicle pain. It might not be the placement of the pump. In the past I've had pain in my right testicle and I even had varicocele surgery to remove a big clump of blood vessel in my scrotum. The surgery did get rid of all the varicocele but I still had pain every now and then in my right testicle.
I found a Youtube video that helped me with testicular pain. I'm attaching the link so you can check it out. After I got my implant, I've had to do these stretches to alleviate pain in my testicle. It's weird, for me it's only been on my right side testicle.
I was concerned too about the pump being down there with the boys because of pain that I've experienced in the past before the implant.
I do these stretches to keep everything loosened up.

It could be the pump touching something in your sack causing the pain, but hopefully it's just tightness.

I hope this stretching video helps with your pain.
