57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

Looking great Nick! Officially welcome to the bionic brotherhood :D.
Yeah, this is the start of the journey. Things will change as you heal and get used to your implant.
It isn't always linear progress, so playing the long game is usually wise.
Look forward to your updates.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

Looking good and congrats! ICE ICE ICE!!! Take it easy, and alternate Tylenol and Ibupropherin!!
48yo gay married male - Size before = 7.5" x 6.25". AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE (current 6" x 5.5" - shallow crus).

You got the infrapubic install, so you’ll heal up a lot quicker, start cycling the implant sooner and be able to have sex sooner!
