So, I just finished my second week of cycling. I do notice some improvement in length, not as much girth just yet. But you all have schooled me on having patience.

The pump is starting to soften a bit so less pumps now to get around 80% which is just below the pain threshold. It's also where I thonk my wife will be able to take it. She felt it at max last night and kept saying that was too hard. There is something I hadn't heard in decades! :)

Here is a question, though. If I pump to max, I can only get it to 4 o'clock. That's a bit disappointing. Did it take you some time to get your dicks to stand at attention at 3 or 12 o'clock if you're on your back? Or is this the highest angle I'm going to be?

Thanks as always for your insights and honesty!

Vincent, while I was in the process of getting my implant, I talked to several patient warriors with Boston Scientefic who makes all the AMS implants and most said that I would probably have a flat 3 o’clock dick where it sticks straight out from your body.
For the first 3 to 4 months, that’s about all I could get was around 3 o’clock, but after that I was able to get more and more pumps in, cycling my implant and I got to 2:30 and 2 o’clock.
I do have to pump it to the max to get to that level.
When I was younger with a throbbing natural dick, I would point up to 2:00 to 1:00 o’clock, but I’m glad I have some upward curve.
I would say, keep cycling and pushing your new bionic weapon to its limits.
Like you I have the LGX which is softer in the flaccid state and it’s supposed to expand 25% at max inflation.

Hang in there, and keep healing up

This can't be physically possible unless you suddenly gained a lot of size. Plastic is much lighter than blood. Even the saline is lighter to get specific.

This was literally my game plan but I quickly realized that at rock hard inflation it's still at least at 3:30 meaning tucking up is actually bending the implant pretty far and I fail to see how even stretching constantly would be enough to keep the device itself from pulling you back down to that point. My gut says my crus just developed at that angle. They are very shallow but do not seem to support an upward angle.

It IS heavier. Every surgeon says this. Cylinders plus saline is heavier than tissue with blood.

One of the reasons why the erection angle is lower with Implantat penises.

Daddel is right, the cylinders filled with saline are heavier than a natural penis, as the Corpora spongiosa are Cavernomas, consisting of thin-walled, dilated blood vessels (caverns), like a sponge filled with blood.

Ah... you're correct, I was thinking in terms of typical plastics but implants are heavy duty silicone and such. Saline vs blood is a wash.
