D-Day Tomorrow

Postby Nick74 » Wed Jan 07, 2026 6:11 pm

So here we are, gentlemen—tomorrow is my big day.
The final step before I officially join the bionic brotherhood.Of course I’m nervous that’s normal but I have zero second thoughts. When I look at my wife and feel the closeness, the desire, and the connection we share, it only reinforces that this is the right decision. I’m excited about getting my confidence, intimacy, and quality of life fully back.I’m also trying to keep a good sense of humor through all of this (and yes, I won’t complain about a good anesthesia nap ).I want to thank everyone here for the support, advice, and encouragement—it truly means a lot.
Please keep me in your prayers, especially my Christian brothers, as I go into surgery tomorrow.
I’ll keep you all posted on the journey ahead.
51 years old, struggling with ED for 20 years.
Pills no longer work. Trimix helps, but injections are painful and not sustainable.
Coloplast Titan IPP surgery scheduled January 8, 2026 (approved by insurance).

Hey Nick! Definitely empathize with the pre-surgery nerves (my date is around the corner in 2 weeks). Wishing you the best tomorrow - you’re making the brave decision for you and your wife to take a stand against your ED, it’s an awesome thing. Cheers man, rooting for you!
ED since high school. Pills always hit or miss, mostly ineffective. Finally diagnosed with venous leak in early September 2025.
Surgery scheduled for Rigi10 MPP w/ Dr Hakky on January 20, 2026.

You got this Nick74!
I’m glad that you’re taking that big leap to get your manhood back and be able to satisfy your wifey.

I’ll be saying a prayer for you Nick.

It will take some time to get through the healing but you’ll get there before you know it, and hopefully you’ll heal fast.

Welcome to the Bionic Brotherhood!
