After my implant, there was so much pain and tenderness that i couldn’t inflate for around 3 months, I basically gave up. After around 6 months, I started inflating around once per day and did that for a couple of months. I was single and depressed.
In the last couple of years, I have only inflated, on average, once per week.

I met someone in the interim and got married. My lack of size has been an issue, as I’m around 4.5 inches, maybe 5 inches with engorgement. I’m working on losing weight as that has been a big contributor to my usable penis size.

Does anyone think if I start a vigorous daily inflation routine, that I may be able to make any gains at this point?

It only takes around 10 pumps to become rock hard, and 12 pumps to become painful. I have also lost around 1.75 inches in girth from my pre implant size. The girth hasn’t seemed to return either

Yeah, I do, for sure. You’ve got 22cm of implant inside you. What’s holding that back from having a bigger dick is your tunica and your belly/fatpad. At the time of your implant, the doc was able to stretch your tunica to accommodate that size implant. So you can accommodate it. You just need to stretch that tunica some more.

If you did some exercise to lose weight and inflated and gave your wife a good daily rogering, I wouldn’t be surprised if you could get over 6 inches, and got your girth back too.

And it should be a lot of fun getting there.

Absolutely. Guys gain just from using pumps and the implant can produce many times the pressure of a pump. Pain means stress and as long as it’s moderate and safe it only means progress. Use lots of heat and patience but cycling deliberately will maximize what you have built in.

Your reticence about cycling has created a challenge for you in that the failure to inflate likely created a surgical sheath inside your penis. The occurs when foreign bodies, such as breast or penile implants, are installed.

The body sees these new additions as an alien actor inside the body needing elimination or protection from. The body produces this cocoon like sheath around the implant. Once this happens from failure to cycle (breaking up the sheath development), it becomes more challenging to increase the length.

Challenging for sure, but others here seem to think using a VED and resuming cycling will work.

Did your doctor give you clear cycling directions which you chose not to abide by? Or, did he implant you with no clear instructions? I sometimes have seen that here on the forum. A great surgeon wouldn’t leave you stranded without this information.

I hope you beat that depression it has some serious consequences.
I’d suggest pumping up some slow, massage then pump some more. Figure out a workout routine with that, alternate things up. Like pump up till it hits your pain threshold and back it down just a bit and leave it like that, even sleep like that once in a while.
If you leave it pumped for a while and it gets sore put a heating pad on it after you deflate some.
