The first thing to know is that pain and adjusting to the implant during sex is temporary. Lots of guys report those issues here in the first few months, but they go away for most long term.

The position complaint I hear the most is that the angle of your dick after implantation makes missionary challenging. I had that experience, too. But after some months I find the problem has been resolved, I go at it in missionary for as long as I want. Many guys, including me, recommend putting a pillow underneath her hips to help get a better angle.

I haven’t had trouble orgasming but I have some numbness in the same place. I guess it’s from the peno-scrotal incision. It would definitely feel better if that resolves.

The wifey and I are not as adventurous with lots of positions.
My Bionic Dick points at 2 O’clock like my old equipment did.
I don’t have any pain doing missionary, doggy or spoon or side doggy.
We don’t do Cowgirl or reverse cow girl because my wifey has back pain, but I doubt that I would have any pain or discomfort with those positions.
I have the AMS LGX, so my implant needs to be at least 90 percent to have easy penetration, if it’s less than that I don’t get that extremely good feeling of sliding in and out while I’m thrusting and banging the wifey.
