The position complaint I hear the most is that the angle of your dick after implantation makes missionary challenging. I had that experience, too. But after some months I find the problem has been resolved, I go at it in missionary for as long as I want. Many guys, including me, recommend putting a pillow underneath her hips to help get a better angle.
I guess I got lucky, in that I ended up with a great 2 o’clock angle very similar to my original angle when I was a younger man. As a result, missionary is very comfortable for me. More challenging is cowgirl; if the woman sits upright I’m long enough that I push against the back wall and it causes a little discomfort on the tips in my glans. I’m hoping that will improve with time, but either way I can live with it.
I’m still working on trying to have an orgasm from intercourse…I am still numb in areas like the underside of the shaft after 10 weeks, and I know that can take 6-12 months to resolve. I’m hoping that as the numbness resolves and sensitivity returns, so will my orgasms.
