I had a noticeable “shelf” of tubing at the base of my penis, but after weeks of cycling, normal activities, and sex, that is becoming less apparent. I think it just takes time for everything to settle in. Remember this soon there is internal swelling, inflammation, and general trauma to those tissues that will continue to resolve itself over the months to come.

Thank you!

I’m already wondering how that’s going to feel turning sex, especially girl on top. But otherwise the cycling has gone smoothly. I’ve been doing 30 minutes twice a day with Perito exercises every 5-10 minutes. Usually the last 5 minutes the shaft is aching and I’m counting the minutes til deflation. But no pain, no gain. Actually I’m happy to already be back to 6 1/2 inches with glans engorgement. While I’m hopeful to get back to my preop length eventually, I would say losing 1/2 inch length to gain a guaranteed, on demand erection is well worth the price!

Looks like we're on the same schedule, although you are about an 1 1/2 in ahead of me. Got to 5 yesterday and today...trying to get back to a respectable 6. Girth is coming back...aggressively cycling like you.

Thank you for sharing and I do agree with you about the on-demand erection! Just want some more length before I go "public." :)

After a month or so I stopped thinking of the pump bulb as stiff -- but admittedly part of that might have been me learning to handle it better and pumping becoming a 'second nature' kind of thing.

soften up the cylinders so you can not only properly do the Perito Exercise, but so it's not
still rock hard when flaccid?

Like Leto, I had some girls, teling me I have a very hard testicle, which the liked, while doggy, cause it was banging hard again their clits
Best
Dan

Hey Dan...between you and LetoMan you aren't leaving many women left for the rest of us!

But, you know what? You've now giving me an idea. If anyone ever asks, I will say that there was something implanted in my balls in my 20's when piercings were really in. And that my partners always liked it banging against them. Kinda like an interior cock ring. I LOVE THIS~ :)

That's a good idea, however a piercing is not that heavy, except is a golden and heavy, say simply, you have gotten a testicle out of gold for winning a championship in fucking for more than 24 hours or a hundred of girls.

We determined that I was probably not deflating all the way...he helped me with that today including squeezing my dick when deflating. I have to say, I think I liked when I was pumped up a little. I'll have to make sure I keep it at a level that isn't painful.

I suspected that might have been the case Vincent. It's great that you have it sorted out now :).
Yes, I also often prefer a fuller feeling flaccid and sometimes give it a few pumps for comfort.

Ha! I did this last night when I went to dinner. I think my jeans were just a little too snug for me. I kept squirming in my seat and my dinner companion was like "what is wrong with you tonight?"

2 Week Update

Postby vincentarpino » Tue Jan 06, 2026 1:11 am

Happy New Year All!

Thank you again for all of your advice and support.

So, today is Day 14 of cycling. Following much of your advice plus watching Dr's. Clavell and Perito' videos, I am now around 4 1/2 - 5" flaccid. It looks and feels good. The pump is still a bit hard...it's taking me around 50 pumps to get to what I feel is max. But this includes taking short breaks for Perito PE and stretching. I am currently at about 5.25" erect. I really would like to get back to at least 6". I know it's going to take time. Girth is ok at the base...I know I must be patient with this as well.

I am disappointed that I seem to be stuck at 4 o'clock...I cannot get it to stand at attention at 3 o'clock. Any advice on this?

I've also started taking 5 mg of Cialis every other day and I have to say that that is definitely helping with engorgement.

So here is something that is now happening. I am actually waking up with a bit of morning synthetic wood. Not fully erect but not flaccid either. I'm assuming it's the Cialis and my having a lot of still-healthy tissue. Has anyone experienced this?

Still haven't had sex. My wife seems reluctant...or scared...but we are going away this weekend so we'll see if we can get back on track.

I DO have an old lover and current friend whom I've confided in and she is actually eager for a test drive. No judgement zone, please.

Looking forward to your input as usual. Thanks so much for the support and advice. It HAS made a huge difference in my recovery.

That is reportedly common, and it happened to me for the first few months, combined with a feeling of engorgement “surging” up along my shaft. It is the tissue around your implant engorging. It could be the cialis, but I and others had it without cialis, so it could just be because it does that. It tends to go away as some of the left-over spongium tissue supposedly dies off.
Born 1974. Implanted 5/21/2024. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
