My question is I’ve heard some members mentioning painful or nearly impossible sexual positions after implant, has anyone experienced this and what the position would be?

I was 4 weeks post op when I commenced having sex. I was a little sore but the pleasure won out. No significant pain and now at month 7, it just feels “ normal”

I am able to have sex in all the positions I have ever tried, no changes.

I will say that if you have had bad ED and didn’t have much intercourse over time with ED, ( applies to me) it will take some practice to start using a hard dick again and putting it where you want it! It’s like riding a bike, didn’t take long!

The first thing to know is that pain and adjusting to the implant during sex is temporary. Lots of guys report those issues here in the first few months, but they go away for most long term.

The position complaint I hear the most is that the angle of your dick after implantation makes missionary challenging. I had that experience, too. But after some months I find the problem has been resolved, I go at it in missionary for as long as I want. Many guys, including me, recommend putting a pillow underneath her hips to help get a better angle.

Any pain goes away after a few months for the vast majority of guys.

Small price to pay for a lot of upside.

After the initially few weeks of healing Sonja ent had any issues with any positions.

If you inflate to absolute railroad spike 100% it might be a bit too still and be u comfortable for one or the other of you, but just back it down a touch. Still MORE than firm enough to penetrate, but still has some gove like a natural erection does.

Congrats on joining the bionic brothers soon!
Never had an issue of any positions, in fact since implant 7/23 I never thought of having issue with positions, I can fuck nearly in any position and the young chicks experiment a lot, so sometimes I was fucked by them in positions I never ever might think of.
So don't be afraid of any thing like bad sex after implant.
You'll will be able to fuck in any position, cause you'll have a super-hard dick!
Get yours and start to finally enjoy sex!

I've never had any problems with positions, neither with Titan nor with Ams CX, I can fuck in the most absurd positions

Well most of us "can" the question is do you get to slap her with your balls or push all the way into her and make her feel that kind of way. I love prone bone but even that keeps you from getting quite as deep. It's probably why doggy will always be in most people's top two.

Angrybird, lots of good answers on your question, for me I still had a lot of pain at 6 weeks so I waited till 8 weeks to try out my bionic weapon.
At 8 weeks, I pumped up all the way so that I could be ready to go after foreplay; it takes the wifey some time to get her engine to warm up. I was pumped up for at least 20 minutes before I started trying to bang the wifey.
It was awkward that first time, I know I still had numbness and my dick was starting to throb with pain from being pumped up for over 20 minutes. It felt like I was riding a bike for the first time with the training wheels off, it was hard to find her hole and I didn’t think I was hard enough for good penetration. It was good to have that first back in the saddle moment, but my dick throbbed with pain for two days after my first bionic sex. Lol
I emailed my doc because I thought I had broke it and he said I probably overdid it and just to take baby steps.
Angrybird, it got better every week from that point. All of us heal at different rates and some of us have more pain at the beginning.
At 4 or 5 months, my new bionic dick felt like my old equipment and sex had gotten way better.
At 1 year, sex was great again, I mean really great!
