If you’re one of them, I have a question: if you could go back and do it again, what would be the threshold you would use for deciding when to get your implant, as opposed to the one you DID use? Would it have gotten you the implant “ten years earlier”? How would that have impacted your life, besides the obvious?
I only had ED symptoms for 3 years, and that was far too long. After my prostatectomy, which caused the ED, I was told I had a good chance of regaining normal erectile function. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was 100% limp 24/7 from day one and not one iota of natural function ever returned. My hopes started to fade after 12 months, but I kept being told it can take a couple of years or more. So I persisted with conservative treatments that were basically next to useless. It was devastating both physically and psychologically. In hindsight I should have gone straight to an implant after 12 months. I've already had sex three times this week, been 100% erect for more than an hour each time, ultimately having intense orgasms after a lot of pleasure
So yes, if I did have ten years to reverse I would do it!

I wish I had never even heard of them. I know a lot of guys swear by them and have good long term results. But for me it was the worst thing I ever did and they have caused more problems than they solved. They only worked briefly, maybe for 6 months, then didn't. I had a lot of scarring/fibrosis build up from injecting and eventually couldn't get an erection whatsoever from them.
