size before and after ipp implant , whats up ?

Hey fellow members , I'm curious as to why some members who had an ipp implant have lost size post op
i have read that it can be due to trauma from the operation itself , but also that maybe those who did lose an inch or 2 , lost size because of an extended amount of time without nocturnal erections , which are the bodies way of maintaining penile heath .
So maybe some members have not taken that into account ?
Doctors or literature often point that out that some patients are disappointed in the results ,but have failed to realize the long term effect of extended time without any erections .
i have entertained the idea of moving to an ipp from a malleable , while my malleable is trouble free . After a more than a year ,i notice in missionary ,it is lacking compared to my natural erections i had . it had more girth and length . How much ,I'm actually not sure, half an inch or 3/4 . but it felt like it went deeper and was more substantial than my now malleable .
girl on top seems like i have a longer erection ,than in missionary .
but the move to an ipp with some losing size would be pointless ,an add the often reported needed revisions , that surgery once is bad enough , but doing it 3
times is deal breaker . what are your thoughts ?
