Interesting "knot" at base of penis

Hi brothers.
I've been wondering about if l should post this....finally decided to give it a go.
I have a nice "knot" at the very base of my penis. Its like a smaller version of a dog knot. There are no tubes surrounding it and it is noticeably thicker than my shaft Probably 7 inches a round. It is not a deformity but a part of my implant setup. It is uniform in shape with no tubes or irregularities.
Kinda a cool feature. Anyone else experience tgis.

Did you get your past 3 surgeries from high-volume dedicated implanters?

What were the reasons for your two prior revisions? Infrapubic or penoscrotal?

If your base gets progressively larger, I would highly recommend a 2nd opinion from another high-volume dedicated implanter, to rule out tunical weakness or cylinder aneurysm.

Thanks for kind words. My implant(s) were done by a moderate volume doc. All were penoscrotal approach. First implant had pump failure and second had reservoir leak. Coloplast issues not surgeon issues.
The structure is super stable and no aneurism. When l deflate it becomes normal size and has no pain or structural irregularly.

Curious, what pump did you have on the first one? Almost everyone these days ends up with tubing failure on Titans, and I always thought the pumps and reservoirs were bulletproof.

All 3 were classic pump. More correct may have been tubing connection to pump

NYGuy Happy New Year! Hey man I’ve got an identical bulge at the base of my shaft and if I feel back behind the bulge the implant tapers down to what seems to be normal. I’ve had this checked twice by my surgeon who claims that everything is fine. That being said when talking to COLOPLAST customer service about the bulge I was told that it was Not normal and that I should have it checked out.
My surgeon says it’s fine Coloplast says otherwise. It’s not painful and everything still works. My surgeon suggested that since the base of my dick was almost 7 inches around that the implant expanded to fill the corpora/tunica space.
This had never happened in the past with either of the two previous implants and I personally did not notice it until approximately a month or so after beginning VED use for glanz engorgement health maintenance.

Hi Wanttokno. Happy New Year. Your bulge IS identical. Get an apadravya and we can be twins.
Interesting that you also had 2 revisions. I also use a VED for health maintenance and had slight bulge before but last revision has very pronounced knot. It is rock hard when fully inflated and tapers down to normal with no discomfort or problem with tubes/cylinders. I think your surgeon has a good point and the copora/tunica space is packed to full.
Obviously not every implantee has this and it is a unique feature.e hopefully all stays well with our bionic dicks

I have the same knots around the base also. I have a follow up appointment in April. I think my cylinders would pop again. Everything is working right now. I will use it until it pops. I am happy with the Coloplast Titan the AMS CX 18 CM 5 RTE's had me hanging at 4 o'clock when I was pumped all the way up. The Coloplast Titan 25 CM has me pointing up at 1 o'clock when pumped up.
