7 Week Update - A Few Questions

Postby Irish Lad 34 » Wed Dec 31, 2025 8:13 pm

Hi guys. I'm 7 weeks out now. With full glans engorgement the length is pretty much all there. The new fully engorged erection seems to sit most comfortably at 0.5cm less than pre-surgical length, but if I give it a little pull the extra 0.5cm rolls out. If it sits at 0.5cm less however it doesn't bother me at all so length is not a concern any more.

I've been inflating once daily most days and masturbating once daily. It's almost become a chore that I'm sick of at this stage lol.

With full engorgement the girth from base to mid shaft is all there, but the upper half is still a tiny bit thinner. However just as I ejaculate and for a while after ejaculating it seems to fill out a tiny bit and that's when it most closely resembles the look and girth and shape of my pre-surgery erection. Does anyone else experience this?

When I stand up or lye sideways and masturbate the penis has a more natural shape to it, but when I lye flat it has that flat surfboard shape. This is perhaps my least favourite aspect of the whole implant - the flat surfboard shape with the reduced girth in the upper left hand side. Does anyone else have a flat surfboard shape, more so when lying flat on the back?

The flacid is still a nuisance to me. It pokes out a little bit. I've managed to go jogging and walking in tracksuit bottoms which is fine but when I walked for more than 20 minutes in jeans I found it got sore and uncomfortable. Also I find the foreskin often rolls back behind the glans when I'm walking in trousers, mostly because the skin is stretched to full length. I find this is also uncomfortable. Does anyone have any tips for how to manage the nuisance flacid at this stage? Will this flacid get better.

I inflate to 100% sometimes but most often only to about 90 - 95% because it still gets a bit sore. I find it can be a bit tingly and sore after masturbating, in both glans and shaft, how long will this take to improve?

This all sounds absolutely normal. The shape and girth of my implanted penis has changed in the 10 months since my surgery. The flaccid has become softer, hangs more naturally, easier to conceal, and feels better.

Sounds like you are right on track.

Sounds normal at 7 weeks to have those issues. For the sensitivity have you tried a baby sock to cover your penis? Cut off the elastic and wear it like a condom. I also used a small dab of Aspercream smeared on my shaft, kept the soreness down most of the day. A hot bath is a good place to inflate and cycle. It will take several months for the Titan to soften and feel more natural. But after an implant you become a shower instead of a grower. Why try to hide it? Only a few people will look at your crotch and if they have an issue it's their issue, not yours. The shape will get better as you heal. The engorgement of glans and shaft when aroused is a good sign.

I’m at four weeks post op today and you’re basically describing all of my experiences as well. Actually I took it out for my first sexual encounter last night. Handling the inflation/deflation was much easier than I expected with someone else there. And she was definitely impressed that I was ready to go at a moment’s notice (something I almost never could say with confidence before). But… I could not orgasm. Not entirely unexpected, as my sensation is definitely dulled, and with a condom, I really couldn’t feel much of anything. Still, it was a successful step forward. I’m sure it will get better in the coming year. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2026!

Hi...I haven't tried a baby sock but maybe I will give it a try. Do you continue to wear baby socks even months and years after the implant?
