Implant + Enlargement?

All these anecdotes make me wonder if the Titans actually do expand lengthwise they just don’t want to over-promise…

I don't think that's actually the case, but skilled surgeons can maximize the size of the implant that will fit, so when inflated it will get a gentle stretch to the tissues and maximize length. I have heard some surgeons talk about "gently upsizing" implant size to maximize length.

OK so they are literally putting in a slightly longer implant than they measure which means you can't possibly cycle to 100% until the CC stretch enough to accommodate it. This sounds ideal and like it would be every good surgeon's intent.

I have noticed while reading folks post about how soon, or not so soon, people are able to max out while cycling for sex.
I do understand pain threshold is greatly different for each individual, but dang some are maxing out on pump within months and some at a year are still not able to max out without pain.
Logically it makes sense as our anatomies are different even with the same size implant.

After getting mine in I have to add a thought here...

Since the CC is a balloon, think of how it stretches lengthwise only to narrow in width. The measuring rods are certainly not the full width of an inflated implant, so even if the surgeon pushes hard and takes that exact measurement, you are getting an implant that is exactly your stretched length but certainly cannot be fully inflated immediately. This would explain cycling completely, especially the fact that it can take 1-2 years to reach full potential, and that he didn't have to actually "upsize" anything technically. If the core tissues have any stretch to them, it allows the implant dimension to slightly exceed what you measure from a TriMix erection, and after a long period of cycling you can eventually realize that length but with full girth as well.
