I might be asking a dumb question, but why wouldn’t these manufacturers have a blunt tip on the cylinder and aggressively size to expand?
42 ED for 9 years vl after a fall. Pre implant 8 1/4 bp x 6 1/8 ish
Clavell titan 26+1 rte…post op very excited: 8 5/8” x 6 1/2” mid and way over 7” base. (We’re up to 6.5” girth!!!!)
Starting to lose some length

It's been brought up a lot here and mentioned by some of the top surgeons. I would be shocked if the tips aren't redesigned soon. They aren't devastating, clearly, or we would have more horror stories, but the shape of both ends has already been improved in the past and will be again, I am sure.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.
