I (23M) had a bought with Peyronies (twice!) a few years ago, now I have another plague. I don't even know how I could have possibly gotten it. Since I was already struggling with Peyronies symptoms before (ED, curvature), and because I'm clearly very prone to Peyronies, I want an implant as soon as I can get one. Questions are:
*How* can I start the process of getting an implant? Do I have to go through a trial-and-error process with my urologist until nothing else works and only be eligible then, or can I request it or get a procedure done at a specialty clinic (I heard about Dr. Trost's clinic, and I'm interested in that).
*When* can I expect to have a surgery done? Plague first appeared a couple months ago, do I have to wait until the 6-18 months for the plague to stabilize? And how long can I expect surgery wait times to be?
What are the chances at significant length loss with the procedure? Any other procedures I can have done to limit loss, or anything else in general I can do? I've heard most people regain lost length in the months after the surgery, but how consistent is that?
Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
Just got diagnosed with Peyronies again, want to get an implant when I can, I have some questions:

Depends on your doctor. Let them find out if you need more evidence for your insurance to cover it.
Depends on your doctor. Find out how far he is booked out.
Depends on your doctor. Make sure he is high-volume and thus confident enough to size you properly. (also, get a vacuum and keep yourself from atrophying until surgery)

Makes sense that it varies. Would you be aware of the typical timelines? Also, maybe a dumb question, but what do you mean by "atrophying"?

Just call the offices. All any one of us knows is what googled ourselves TBH... my wait was 9 months only because I was deployed.
Atrophy just means that bodyparts that don't get used shrink up... muscles for their own reason (which is a small part of the penis) but especially elastic balloons like our CC. Guys that let their ED go for years end up a lot shorter unless they vacuum and guys that vacuum seriously can actually gain.
