Just a curious question here - and I’m sure the answer varies from person to person - but if you have an implant and you orgasm before you want to, and just want to keep going - do you? How comfortable, uncomfortable, or boring is it?
Premature ejaculation was never really my issue; not that it never happens, but it’s very rare for me - in large part because my wife orgasms very quickly. She’ll usually have 3-6 of them counting one from foreplay. But I wonder how it would be to just… keep going.
Of course these days she is postmenopausal and dealing with dryness and chafing, even with lube. So I imagine *she* might not appreciate it much! But I was curious… is this a thing you ever do, just for fun?

I think after your implant the orgasm comes a little slower for most men. I know mine does and I like that! it provides more intense time:)
But staying hard is definitely a great benefit to keep going. Ive had a second orgasm with prolonged play, yep double fun.

Never had an issue with pre-mature ejaculation but after an orgasm it's fun to keep going. I get real sensitive after orgasm and have to wait a bit before going more. Thing I like the most is being able to stay inside her without the fear of falling out and dribbling on the sheets.
