Soft Glans

Hello everyone,

I've had a Rigicon Infla 10AX penis implant since September 2024. However, my glans still feels soft even when I fully inflate the implant. It doesn't get hard enough. Are there any other people in this forum who have the same problem? Is there anything I can do to make my glans hard? A penis ring or something similar? Is there a general solution? I look forward to your replies.

I'm assuming you are not referring to "floppy" glans, which can indicate a problem, but soft glans is very common with an implant.
My surgeon told me to expect it as the implant can't inflate the glans.
But you can do things to help, as the glans has a separate blood flow than the corpus cavernosum.
PDE5 inhibitors like Sildenafil (Viagra) and Tadalafil (Cialis) might help with blood flow and glans engorgement.
I don't usually need any assistance as my cylinder tips are well into the glans when erect.
It is still soft to touch but very firm and and stable internally during sex.
And I often get sudden glans engorgement when very aroused, especially just before orgasm.
But occasionally I have taken 25 mg Sildanefil for a mild "boost".
Cock rings may help. I've yet to try this myself but others report some success.
I sometimes used them pre ED and they did provide some engorgement.
