Hello everyone,
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer at the age of 44, and my entire prostate was subsequently removed. A major side effect of this was erectile dysfunction. Therefore, I received a Rigicon INFLA 10 AX penile implant. After the healing phase, I attempted intercourse, but it was still too painful. Later, the pain subsided, but I had very little sensation in my penis. Now, I have regained a lot of sensation in my penis, but the glans remains small, and I can't reach orgasm during intercourse. I always have an orgasm when I masturbate. I would appreciate any comments and advice on what I could do.
Greetings, Alexander

For me, the answer was cock ring. I'm not sure of your experience with them, but it counters soft glans.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have no experience with a cock ring. What percentage did you inflate your implant to when using a cock ring? Does it make the glans hard? I think the problem with orgasms stems from the soft glans. Do I simply inflate the implant and slip the ring over it? Thanks and best regards.

Try pure nitric oxide supplement, dialates you blood vessels moving more blood through your system, promotes healing as well. Works for me.
