Ams 700 lgx in Istanbul

Hi, I'm traveling to Istanbul from Canada to get the ams 700 lgx implant. Just wondering if anyone has done this and can share their experience or anything that might help my trip. Actually any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm still deciding between Dr. Süleyman Taş at 10500 USD and Prof. Dr. Barış Nuhoğlu at 9500 USD. I'm actually booked with both on the 29th of Jan 2026. I'm arriving in Istanbul on the 29th and flying out February 6th. Ed for 3 year approximately. Oral medication failed, three priapisms from low does of injections one of those was at a Doppler ultrasound following up on another priapisms from trimix. Construction rings didn't help. Trt increased libido, but not function. I still get morning erections. No scar tissue as far as I know. My errection when I masterbate and can achieve one is 6.7 inches and that is my stretched flacid length as well if I'm measuring it right. 4 urologist here in Canada refuse to consider me for the surgery unfortunately, I'm mean or not they aren't high volume and I hope to get a better result with one of these two surgeons. My concern is primarily size preservation and how my partner reacts to this new me. This are a bit rocky between us right now.

bigkernel, smart move getting a surgeon with experience. I have a CX rather than an LGX, but from everything I've read both are outstanding and will return solid function. There's a wealth of experience on this forum for any specific questions you might have. Also if you search "Journal" you'll see lots of full stories that will be helpful. bigkernel, smart move getting a surgeon with experience. I have a CX rather than an LGX, but from everything I've read both are outstanding and will return solid function. My biggest question is how realistic does it feel? Does your wife notice a difference from sex when when you were able to get up maybe earlier on?

Kyle, I had pretty good 'original equipment' prior to ED. But there's no comparison to now being able to get hard on-demand, staying hard no matter what, staying hard long after my orgasm, and even staying hard thru my wife's multiple orgasms -- even when there's lots of them spread over multiple hours. Even the good 'original equipment' couldn't do that. Needless to say, I'm a big fan My wife's a big big fan also Really the only downside has, or had, been some loss of sensitivity. As you read thru the forum you'll find guys who had no loss of sensitivity, lots with some loss, and also some with severe loss. For me, it took 8-10 months to get back most sensitivity. That seems to be a combination of trauma to the nerves, and/or, the brain learning to re-interpret everything that's going on down there.

As I said above, I had pretty good 'original equipment'. It's a little different now, but net-net, it's better ! I wouldn't call it "realistic" -- I would just say it's every bit as real as the original equipment.
