Hello from Berlin,
My implant story,
I got an FSI implant in 2019. It is broken now after only 8 years only. But that's fine. I was never really enthusiastic about it. Among other things, because the shape of the penis was unnaturally oval.
On November 11, 2025, I had the Rigicon Infla 10 Pulse AX implant inserted. My doctor told me in advance that this implant can still “grow” in length and width. That was the reason for my decision, as I couldn't get beyond 10 cm with the FSI.
The replacement procedure was the same as for the first operation. The implant was deflated slightly every day. On the fourth day, it was empty and I was able to go home.
I performed short daily massages on the pump to prevent it from sticking. I noticed that the pump was much larger than that of the FSI. Since my scrotum is relatively tight, I had some concerns about operating the release valve.
The follow-up examination was on December 17. The doctor quickly pumped up the implant. The sight was a bit of a shock to me. Not the appearance, that was completely fine. No, my penis was not longer than 10 cm. Well, pump it up, then hopefully it will grow. The doctor gave me a model pump to practice with.
At home, I wanted to start pumping right away. It worked very well. Then came the next shock. I couldn't find the release button. I pressed and pressed the right spot. Nothing. Since I didn't want to give up right away, I spent 5 days with it. Then I went back to the hospital and got help from the doctor.
It turns out that I was pressing in the right place, but apparently I don't have enough strength???? I'm going to wait a few more days until all the swelling has gone down. Then I'll continue.
Another problem was solved surgically. The FSI implant was inflated at around 4:30 p.m. That always bothered me a lot. The medical team took care of the matter and gathered the retaining bands of the penis and sewed them together. As I could see, this significantly improved the situation. However, I'm afraid that I won't be able to reach a 12 o'clock position.
I will report back when I start cycling.

Re: Revision ZSI to Rigicon Infla 10AX
Thanks for posting this. It’s really helpful to have guys post about implants other than Coloplast and AMS. Guys are starting to post more frequently about Rigicon. I had never even heard of ZSI implants. So that is great learn about.
I’ll be curious to hear if you think the oval shape of your penis is different with the Rigicon. For most of us our implanted penises are more oval than the original round shape. Not so much as to be a problem, but a change from the original shape. I hope in time the newer implant models have cylinder shapes that help the penis be more round than oval.
Thanks again for posting.
