I had surgery 3 weeks ago and I have been wearing my penis up as close as I can get it to my body. I have read here and spoken to some helpful members like Goodwood that this may help with final upward angle of implant. At least this is what Dr. Eid believes, and in my opinion his results have the highest angle consistently. I think this is probably due to a surgery technique, but maybe also dick positioning in the first 4-6 weeks.
So this is what I have done for three weeks. What I have noticed is that due to a much larger right testicle, my dick is torqued counter clockwise. And it maintains this position when erect. Just a touch.
So now I am wondering are there other things to consider in these early stages of healing. While trying to preserve my upward angle am I sacrificing positioning in the flaccid state.
Some members like Merrix have an impressive natural flaccid hang, especially for a Titan. No dog ears, and a 5-5:30 hang.
I just want to make sure I am doing the right thing in this important phase of healing. If I wear it down would I have a lower angled flaccid? Maybe 4 weeks up then down.?

I can only relate my own experience. I don't think there is necessarily any right or wrong approach, as the surgeons themselves seem to have a wide range of opinions. I doubt the way you wear it makes much difference to the eventual results as long as you aren't doing anything extreme.
Is the larger right testicle normal for you, or due to swelling? If swelling it should eventually resolve.
My ball sac is larger on the right but that's because the pump is in there, and I've had no issues with that.
I was left 30% erect for the first 6 weeks until I was activated by my surgeon and started cycling. 30% erect is a full on boner, just not completely rock hard. I wore my dick pointing up 24/7 for that whole period. Not the most comfortable experience i've ever had but I made it work. After 9+ months and a lot of cycling I'm back at my pre ED erect length and have an impressive flaccid hang as a bonus, which is larger than ever in my life. I've found that I can control flaccid hang to a degree by either putting a couple of pumps in if I want it firmer, or squeezing the saline from my dick and pressing it downwards for a flatter hang. Note that the cylinders will eventually equalize with a base level of saline, so it won't stay completely flat but does give a better hang in my experience.
My erect angle is just above 3 pm but I have a "banana" shape, it dips first then curves back up, so the angle is actually higher in practise (i.e. during sex). I'm also rock hard when fully pumped and no issues with PIV sex. In fact I could thrust all day and night hands free (except my cardio fitness would run out long before that).
Going out in public during the first 6 weeks was the biggest challenge. I wore the tightest underwear I owned, boxer briefs or bikini briefs probably one or two sizes too small, but very elastic synthetic material. I also wore lose fitting pants or shorts and didn't tuck shirts in. That combination kept everything concealed. I note that I've been retired for a number of years. So I didn't need to worry about going in to the office, meetings etc any more. It's very casual here anyway and we have a relatively mild climate.

Re: How did you wear your new penis in the first 6 weeks?
Hi,
I'm in my sixth week now. It gets a little easier each week but if I have it up or down pressed into underwear and trousers it starts to ache after a while. So I have it hanging (currently at about 5 o'clock which is a huge improvement from 3 weeks ago) under relaxed-fit joggers. So far it doesn't seem to have affected the erection which doesn't stick up at 10 o' clock but neither did it the small number of times it worked on its own many decades ago. 3 o'clock or just above seems to be 'normal', whatever that word means now.
Hope you stay comfortable.

I’m scheduled for surgery on 1/6 and very anxious about many things. One of my concerns is about how Dow you pee with an upward pointing dick? Can you easily aim it down into the toilet in the first days and weeks? How did any of you manage this? Thanks guys!

hanknyman, best wishes for a successful procedure and smooth recovery ! My experience was that once the initial bandages were removed there was enough flexibility in the angle that leaning over the toilet made peeing ok. Until then extra leaning made it doable.

Re: How did you wear your new penis in the first 6 weeks?
My first 6 weeks I was left inflated, so my dick kind of stood straight out. As soon as doc deflated me, I let it hang down my left leg where it always used to hang. When the cylinders softened up it hung more naturally.
