Hi vince, sorry to hear your problems, as you know we are like twins here, more or less same date of surgery, same size, same discomfort. Its now 7 weeks post surgery I have not start cycling yet due to still much soreness. I am also little over 4" flaccid but you said your distal length is 15 cm thats 3 cm over mine and you only measure 4". So how could this be undersized.
Also my Dr. is on vacation now so I won't start cycling before new year which is fine as long the pain is too high.
I tried but to push the bulb is to heavy and to much discomfort so I will wait. Same as you I wonder the outcome about length.
Also my VED length was 6,5 but as the dr. said I cannot expect to get back fully to this size, maybe 6 over time!?
I Got Screwed! And not in the good way!

Hi Richard. I started inflating and deflating on my own yesterday. First time was not so successful. Last night was better. Someone suggested to me to use the two-hand method and some other pump-squeezing techniques specific to the AMX 700 LGX Tenacio. It seemed to work better for me. I still cannot get it to stand up straight out at 3 o'clock, but it seemed a bit better otherwise. I am inflating for an hour at a time, 2x/day. It is a bit painful, but tolerable. I will also say that using some healing skin lotion seems to have helped me as the skin on my penis has been through hell and back through this whole thing
I can recommend watching Dr. Clavell's YouTube channel. He has several videos on there regarding cycling that is very helpful.
Happy Holidays!
Vincent
66 yrs old. 3X colorectal cancer and survivor. Twice Stage 4. Between chemo and Type 2 diabetes, it's all taken toll on my ED. Pills, VED, HRT no longer work. No injections for me. Had AMS LGX with Tenacio implanted on 11/4/25. 15cm with 2cmRTE.

Re: I Got Screwed! And not in the good way!
Thanks for the advice, here the same I use cream against skinn burn to cool the shaft, it is still sore.
that means you are a step ahead of me, congrats that at least you could start your cycling prosess. We still have Christmas family around so I will wait until all left and it's quiet again to start. I the mean time I will watch the videos of Perito, Clavell and my own doctor´s. Kepp up the good faith. We are going into the screwing 2026 but in a good way.
We have been fighting this shit for years if not decades, what does a few more month mean by this.
BTW 5" rockhard is better than 7" limb.
Your wife will be surprised, I beg her please be patient like mine is. I guarantee you (she) won't regret.

Re: I Got Screwed! And not in the good way!
UPDATE!
Good morning All:
First, happy holidays to you all, whatever you may or may not celebrate.
My greatest gift this holiday season, without being too corny, was all of you who responded to my post on Christmas Eve - "I've been screwed and Not in A Good Way." So many of you were kind enough to take time out from YOUR holiday time to respond to me with encouragement, insight, great advice, research and just plain old school niceness. From around the globe, this Brotherhood reached out because you heard my devastation and concern. And, for many of you, you could relate to it. It's great to see all of the success stories and how men's lives have changed 1, 2, 3+ years after the procedure.
But, there is also a side where there is not a lot of posts about...and that is about the shock of what you see and feel when your surgeon activates the implant. And the struggles with inflating and deflating. And the shock of the size! IMO, there is way too much discussion about size in general on FrankTalk, but, I'm talking about in the weeks following the surgery and the day you are activated.
Between the size difference, the difficulty and nuances of inflating and deflating, not being able to inflate it to where your dick stands up straight, etc., I was a bit of a hot mess.
But so many of you....a lot who I don't see post very often, reached out the past couple of days to share your stories, offer encouragement and give me a ton of hope!
And I am so appreciative of that. Thank you!
So, I do have an update: Following much of the advice, research and tips from you'se guys, yesterday (my real full day of cycling on my own) was better. My second cycling session last night... 1 hour... was a bit painful, but I wasn't able to get it to the max, although closer than my earlier session. And, this morning, I was at 4 1/2" flaccid which is a vast improvement over the just about 4" I was "packing" the day before when the surgeon activated it. Last night when I measured inflated (and I think I was still somewhere between 50 - 60%), it also measured 4 1/2". My girth seems pretty good..6" at the base, 5.5" midway and under the glans. So, not concerned with that at the moment.
The suggestion on using two hands, a la Dr. Clavell's video, worked. He also has that brilliant suggestion to use forearm strength rather than hand/finger strength. Also, a couple of you had mentioned your own experiences about the device "unfolding" as you continue cycling. I have been keeping that in mind.
I'm trying to get back to at least 6" L and 6 - 6.5" G . I was pre-op when I stretched the dick, 6 6/34 L. Plus in VED, closer to 7 1/4, but I know that's not real.
I will continue to post updates. Thank you again to ALL of your support!
Vincent

The way you seem to so motivated leaves me little doubt you will either
get very close to your original size- or close to it in the next year or so.
Luckily, I only lost 1/2 an inch after implantation.
I worked like a dog to get that lost 1/2 inch back ......and lo and behold
90 days later I arrived at my original size.
ANYONE saying cycling doesn't work is to be disregarded.
I did a "Rocky Balboa" training approach to my cycling.
It wasn't easy and it most certainly hurt like hell on more than one occasion
But... I got there.
And so will you.
Good Luck.
