Vincent, I'm not saying anything different to most of the advice from other guys. But I do want to add my encouragement to keep going.
I also have an LGX and was initially a bit disappointed with my size, but I had researched a lot and knew not to panic.
Still I had a nagging fear as I started cycling that I wouldn't get the results I wanted. After a couple of weeks things improved significantly and I started to feel better about my progress. It took time and a disciplined daily cycling regime but eventually I got back to my pre ED size.
Over many months everything fell into place. Now I'm having the best sex in years with a normal size dick that works as it should.

One thing does come to mind. I know you have the Tenacio pump which may be different, but my MS pump was very stiff to operate at first. A possibility could be that you aren't getting enough saline into the cylinders to start stretching the tunica. The pump bulb softens with use in my experience and deeper, slower presses can help get more fluid moving and stretch happening, but it's an incremental process. Your body has been through a lot of trauma and it can hurt to cycle until the internal tissues start to loosen up. Of course get professional advice but please don't be discouraged. Its early days and there is a good chance you will see improvement.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC/nerve sparing RRP Mar 22 then profound ED. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal. Back to 6.5" BPEL @ 9m.
Recovery great but have a bend.

Well it’s Christmas morning here and the first thing im doing is checking on you. You’re going through a lot your body is still pissed off. 30 pumps on your home trial, NO WAY LOL your pump is as hard as a marble, you will need both hands to get one pump out of it. It’s going to take time practice and patience and it’s going to hurt. Enjoy today! It’s Christmas. Tomorrow after you research 2 hand pumping start the process. And know each day will be better than the last . Hugs

A million thank you're for checking in on me and for your advice and encouragement. I really appreciate it! Happy Christmas!

Jim, thank you. I was just thinking this morning that perhaps the valve is not set or primed and the tubing may also not be primed...so I'll follow your suggestion. It'll have to be in a hot shower though because even though I have 3 bathrooms in this house, they all have showers! LOL.

Thank you again and happy holidays!

Vincent, hello!

I completely understand your disappointment and your worries.

It's been two months and two days since my implantation. I must say that I had a complicated surgery, much more complicated than all the standard penile implant surgeries here on the forum. I met with my surgeon the other day, and he told me everything he did. As a friend of mine from this same forum said, my penis was unsheathed like a fish. And I'm only 38 years old. I'm not married and I don't even have a girlfriend.

When I first pumped up my Titan, I was shocked! Because I realized I'd lost about 2-3 cm in length!

But then, despite the pain, I started doing two cycles a day for an hour or more. And I saw the size coming back. Now, however, I have some pretty serious complications from the surgery and some pretty severe swelling in my penis. Plus, the Titan has swollen to some incredible size in girth, which I can't say about the length. The length isn't growing much, while my penis has already become wider than I've ever seen in porn!

And you'll experience the same! You'll get your length back! Maybe not all of it, but definitely most of it. You should understand that you've already lost length due to cancer and a long period of not having regular erections.

Besides, you're lucky, very lucky, to have an LGX. With it, you can really gain length within a year. I talk to several guys with LGX, and almost all of them, after a year, have gained even more than they had initially. My surgeon really loves the LGX, despite the assurances of all the world's leading implantologists that it's crap. He's installed hundreds of LGX, and all his patients are happy.

After two months of suffering with this crooked plastic dildo with the loud name Titan, I already want to switch to the AMS CX or LGX after six months. Because the Titan is an implant for married men who wear baggy pants and don't care about their appearance. It's impossible to exercise with the Titan, and that's what upsets me the most. It's incredibly uncomfortable!

So at least be glad you have the LGX.

Now regarding the pump and the fact that you can't inflate it to a solid state. I've been doing a lot of research about the Tenacio pump having a number of issues related to some guys failing to fully inflate their implants with it because the 5-valve system sometimes leaks fluid back into the reservoir. There have already been a couple of people with this problem here. But it was a limited batch of defective Tenacios. I've also read posts from guys whose Tenacios are fine. In general, I heard that they discontinued it very quickly.

First of all, calm down. I understand, it's easy to say. Hard to do. I've been through such hell myself that I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, and I'm still worried because, to put it mildly, my situation right now is not very good either.

So you need to pull yourself together, calm down, and just keep cycling, no matter what.

If you still think that either your size is incorrect, which you can basically feel yourself, or the pump isn't pumping enough, you should see another doctor after Christmas and New Year's for a second opinion and, perhaps, some peace of mind.
If I were you, I'd just pump, pump, and pump some more, 2-3 times a day. And your surgeon, as has already been mentioned here, is truly wrong about the futility of cycling. This is the first thing you should do now. You can also add Perito exercises. Pump up to maximum, bend it a few times in different directions, wait, and do a few more pumps. It will hurt, but you need to endure it. My surgeon also recommends keeping the penis erect while pumped to maximize the stretching of the corporotomy area for a better erection angle.
By the way, because I've been bending it in different directions for two months, it's now parallel to the floor. Since yesterday, after pumping, I've been pressing it upward with tight compression briefs, using the elastic band.
38, Active, athletic, marathon runner. Clipped after vein ligation. Tried embolization, wich not help. Long time choosing between CX and Titan. I ended up getting a Titan One-Touch 22 cm with a 1 cm RTE right. Before implant 6,4/6,3; after 5,8/?

Hey Vincent!

Happy Holidays! Man - I feel your pain. I went through something very similar. Pre cancer I was a good solid 7.5" x 6.25" - after a year of zero erections (minus those caused by injections - which hurt and caused deformity) I was MAYBE 7" x 5.5" prior to surgery - came out of surgery at about 5". Not happy. However...and something I didn't consider was my own anatomy changes after cancer and Peyrones. Scar tissues DO form, and you can shrink from lack of use - though my lack of use was more medical side effects than anything else. However.... With constant cycling I'm near 6.25x5.5 when using cialis. I've actually seen some increases in the last month and I'm a year out from surgery.

The first time I activated it hurty like freaking hell and I didn't get all that hard or big - but - give the implant time. I have a CX - you and LGX - but there are similarities - its going to take time for the implant to settle in / stretch out, and its going to take time for your body to adjust. If you don't see gains in a few months, then start shopping for a new surgeon - and hopefully they figure out about you rimplant rigidity. Maybe another LGX guy can weigh in but from what I udnerstand the LGX can take a LOT of pumps to get it inflated . Which pump did you get? I have the old tried-and-true MS. Mine is taking about 40 pumps to full at this point (with about 20 more mincro after stretching).

Best of luck and hang in there!
48yo gay married male - Size before = 7.5" x 6.25". AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE (current 6" x 5.5" - shallow crus).

Thank you so much for sharing your journey. Most importantly, we beat back cancer.

I have an LGX with Tenacio so yes, I moe realize this will take a minute.

Thank you for the encouragement and insight. You have been truly helpful and I very much appreciate it.

Happy Holidays!

I have an LGX and I thought my penis was short as hell at first. But it DOES improve over months. Use a VED when all of your incisions are healed. that will help tremendously break up any internal scarring in the corpora and allow better expansion of the devicem then pump up the bulb as hard as you can to get as much saline into it to help push out your length. Over time I hope you can regain the length or most all of it.
