1 Month Post Implant - Results Meh

Hi, like others, post one month, I felt the same, I've just hit 10 weeks and there's a massive improvement, I'm only about 1 centimetre smaller then pre implant and I feel that it would still grow.
I can now have sex, admittedly it's not amazing as I feel sore for the rest of the day, but this is slowly getting better.
I still get cycling pain but that's only when I pump to the max. I can tell another 3-4 months It'll be ok

What size did you have before the surgery? And what size were you at the 5 or 6 week mark after your first week of cycling?

I didn't really lose much length. In the first week or so post-op with no glans engorgement it was down 2cm, but the shaft was really only down 1cm. About 2/3 weeks in it became smaller because it was left mostly deflated and on my 3 week check-up my doctor compressed it very hard and pushed it downwards, but as soon as I started cycling it all just straightened out and unfolded like an accordion. After my first few cycles it straightened out to about 0.5cm short of my pre-implant length and this is what it's been since I started cycling. This is also pretty much what my surgeon told me to expect before surgery. He said the end result would be within about 0.5cm of my natural erect length. I don't really worry about the length but the upper left hand side is definitely dented inwards and it's hard to see how that will change.

I was 5 1/2 pre surgery, 4 inches post, surgery, i started cycling week 2 1/2 weeks post surgery, now I'm just over 5 inches but have gained some girth. I realised most size increase was was week 8-9, slowly gaining more size and angle has improved. Do feel by month 6 I'll have reached my pre size with extra girth.
Only issue is because I cycle the implant a lot, so still get sore.

First week was the worst, would take ages pumping and deflating, now it's slowly becoming second nature. Looking forward to for the discomfort to settle so I can have sex for ages

I think you'll enjoy it much more several months from now after more recovery. My thoughts about some of this:

Bigger flaccid is an awkward feeling with a Titan to suddenly be a shower with very large flaccid size plus the dog ears crap. To that I'd say you could always wear compression underwear if you really wanted to hide it, but those wouldn't be that conformable. Maybe wear those in some specific situations, but during the rest accept the truth that bulge is such a taboo topic because women seemed to convince everyone they don't like seeing it when actually it's been a biological attraction over hundreds of thousands of years of evolution. You'll notice more women taking a peak. Not because they're bothered, but why they're interested in bulge just like we are in constantly checking out their tits. That's not a bad time since they'll like what they see. They also have weirdly precise skills in looking built up over a very long time that we don't and usually don't look and don't see shit if we do.

Smaller girth I think it should grow more with recovery and VED and Perito's THE exercise, since he does state in that video it will increase length and girth.

About penis feeling plastic and less meaty...Best guess is well, you didn't get an LGX 700, cause compared to rock hard Titans they can much softer. I can't recall if about 1 month mine was less hard. I do think you need patience, because......

You're worried about a lit of aspects but don't like the tradeoffs? Well, what was it like in the past 1 month ago+?

Positives are an on demand erection but you dont like the trade offs? How were you before implant? Could you get a workable erection for sex that lasts until orgasm? Guessing no or why else you get one. Did some pills or complicated injections solve it?

This is the only possible cure that fixes your problems when all the other treatment options fail. Very reasonable to be apprehensive about implants, but they're all we can do.

About getting filler I've never understood why many people are interested in them. They're expensive and only last, I don't know, some small amount of years. And I heard they make your did skin floppy. But idk.

How about a tunica expansion procedure that's permanent? Or Dr. Hakky's auxetic cuts that seem to permanently increase girth by about 1/2 an inch? And they might even be free for most people. It was for me. My review here:

Hey 2435. I am curious how do you feel about your TEP now that time has passed. Did it live up to expectations? Also, i remember you showed me a very noticeable scar early on, did the scar end up going away?

£13,800 as a day case in London. He also does surgery at a hospital in Winchester. It was more expensive there, £15,100 in Winchester I think. Those prices are for a Coloplast Titan. Boston Scientific implants were a bit more expensive, and Rigicons were a bit cheaper, although I'm not sure if he's still doing Rigicon.

How did you find him during consultations? I was prescribed Viridal Duo too. Unfortunately for me the Viridial did not work consistently enough. It only sort of worked half the time, half the time it would not induce a good enough erection. I was hoping they would work because I would have rode them out for as long as possible myself as well.

I find those Viridal Duo shots are very convenient if they work, because you don't really need to mix anything or mess around with different components. You can easily carry one or two shots around in your pocket.

If shots worked for me I would have used the Viridal for spontaneous events or flexible events, and the Caverject for more organised sex. I had a public health card prescription for cheap Caverject and Rees practically gave me access to an unlimited supply of Viridal so I could have kept a stash of Viridal in the pocket and a stash of Caverject in the bedroom wardrobe at all times. If only they worked for me...

He was nice and helpful. He prescribed viridal 40mg and they work well enough for now but I’m still not completely satisfied. 13.8k is much cheaper than I expected, I need to research the Coloplast one more. 13.8k is doable, I was expecting more like 20-25k given that Turkish implants are 10k

You are comparing british pounds to dollars my friend. Convert everything into dollars and the math is totally different. Turkish implants are around 8k USD last time i checked. So UK would be more than double price based on this.

I see. Why are you not completely satisfied with the Viridal Duo?

Yeah the price is sort of what swayed me towards him, because my insurance company only covered £9,200. I would have consulted with a few more of the top dogs in the UK, but they were more expensive and I need to manage my finances. I'm not really a top earner in my job. Ralph quoted appx £16,000. Modgil was appx £18,000. I think Ian Pearce and Asif Muneer were apppx £17 - 17.5k. Average price for the well established guys in the UK is £17 - £18k. Ralph and Rees are surprisingly the most cost effective.

You can do it in Ireland for £9,200 but I don't think our one and only high volume implanter here is as good as the guys in the UK.

Hey 2435. I am curious how do you feel about your TEP now that time has passed. Did it live up to expectations? Also, i remember you showed me a very noticeable scar early on, did the scar end up going away?

I'm a happy customer in Dr. Hakky's auxetic cuts. It did what I wanted. Girth was 5.75" before I even knew implants existed. After AMX 700 LGX my length increased but girth dropped to 5.5". I wanted it back. Auxetic cuts go it exactly where I wanted - a bit over 6" at the base and decreasing in slight increments toward the tip.

The scar is still there and noticeable, but it does look less distinct than when I told you earlier. I think it'll still heal up even more from this point.

Oh, for technicalities, Hakky's auxetic cuts is different than the tunica expansion procedure (TEP). I asked him. He said nope, much different. I think TEP might lead to possibly more gains but missing out some of the benefits of one Hakky created himself and will publish about eventually. Oh, and if you really want to go crazy...which I don't think I'm planning...you can maybe get auxetic cuts and then after enough time of healing getting TEP becomes possible. That's a lot of work being done on your dick. Eek!!

Lastly, you've got one of the few usernames I totally remember cause of that long thread about the Titan study showing increased length. Well, might as well say got into a debate about the overall point and ChatGBT had a very detailed way of declining my points. Well, kind of. ChatGBT told me that implants on a not directly related question that they do not increase dick sizes. I explained the numbers in my mine and asked, how does that not count? I think I might write up a long post about this but it's mainly an issue of terminology and details. The AMS/Titan will not make dick's inherently larger because "The tunica is non-distensible." Using VEDs/exercises post-implants won't chance fundamental tunica size. A patient dies and has an autopsy if they measured they find length of the tunica. Not the stretched length, which actually does have a real effect during sexual use.

I think it was technically a lot more detailed than that still, though.

Yeah you'd need to fly to Atlanta for Hakky's auxetic cuts. In my review post I linked this direct video with Hakky where he explains the risks, but doesn't give them an exact decimal point, and I have no clue. About what he charges to a guy from western Europe, unsure how it works. This first amount I got might be a self-pay in full?

Can't tell you much about insurance. But I think this can be billed as a penis straightening procedure, and that makes it a free procedure to get about .5" of girth added to your size. Not bad!
