Vincent, I'm not saying anything different to most of the advice from other guys. But I do want to add my encouragement to keep going.
I also have an LGX and was initially a bit disappointed with my size, but I had researched a lot and knew not to panic.
Still I had a nagging fear as I started cycling that I wouldn't get the results I wanted. After a couple of weeks things improved significantly and I started to feel better about my progress. It took time and a disciplined daily cycling regime but eventually I got back to my pre ED size.
Over many months everything fell into place. Now I'm having the best sex in years with a normal size dick that works as it should.
One thing does come to mind. I know you have the Tenacio pump which may be different, but my MS pump was very stiff to operate at first. A possibility could be that you aren't getting enough saline into the cylinders to start stretching the tunica. The pump bulb softens with use in my experience and deeper, slower presses can help get more fluid moving and stretch happening, but it's an incremental process. Your body has been through a lot of trauma and it can hurt to cycle until the internal tissues start to loosen up. Of course get professional advice but please don't be discouraged. Its early days and there is a good chance you will see improvement.

Well it’s Christmas morning here and the first thing im doing is checking on you. You’re going through a lot your body is still pissed off. 30 pumps on your home trial, NO WAY LOL your pump is as hard as a marble, you will need both hands to get one pump out of it. It’s going to take time practice and patience and it’s going to hurt. Enjoy today! It’s Christmas. Tomorrow after you research 2 hand pumping start the process. And know each day will be better than the last . Hugs
A million thank you're for checking in on me and for your advice and encouragement. I really appreciate it! Happy Christmas!

rdnkbiker wrote:Just a quick thought when your first starting the bulb is so hard its tough to get the valve set the first pump needs to be a quick hard pump which will set your valve ...i would try pushing the release button....then make sure you pump hard and fast and don't hit the release button at the same time it happens at first because its so hard..... get in a hot bath let things relax and try after some practice you'll get it ......and my first one wanted to punch my old doc had the same as you short lol but with proper cycling i think you will get some back i did average size ....your very early on have to be patient takes time

Jim, thank you. I was just thinking this morning that perhaps the valve is not set or primed and the tubing may also not be primed...so I'll follow your suggestion. It'll have to be in a hot shower though because even though I have 3 bathrooms in this house, they all have showers! LOL.
Thank you again and happy holidays!
