Hello all. I am 58 years old. After many years with E.D., I have gone through the pills, the Gainswave, PRP, exosomes and Tri-mix, all of which do not work anymore. The tri-mix dosage is so strong, it burns after the injections. I have only been on tri-mix for a few years, and it takes a lot to actually inject myself. I decided that the risk of getting scarring from the injections, and everything else that happens when you inject, was too great. It has been an eye-opener reading all of your stories and realizing it doesn't have to be this whole big, risky thing for sex any more.

I searched here, as well as on the internet for Doctors in my area that were centers of excellence. I decided on Dr Yafi from UCI medical center. I had my appointment with him on November 24th. I went with my wife and we asked our questions. After reading the forums here, I knew what to ask. He was impressed by my knowledge of the procedure. I already was thinking I would need the Titan XL implant, and the Doctor said that due to my endowment, he would be using the Titan. We decided that the surgery date would be December 30, but then my wifes Doctor said that she needed her surgery on December 29th. So I have had to cancel my surgery. I do not know when I will be able to make another surgery date because of upcoming trips, I am guessing mid-march.

I guess my main concern is the girth. I am currently 8.25" (stretched, bone pressed) by 6.5" flaccid. The girth is what I worry about. I read that a lot of people can get their length back, but it seems as though the girth is tapped out at around 6-6.5". My erect girth is larger than that. I know Titan literature says they provide 17% more girth. More girth than what? AMS? It seems as though I have more Doctor questions. Also, I have been pumping off and on for over 20 years. More so in the last few years since the ED has been so bad. From reading here, that seems to be helpful during the recovery.

Hey, welcome to the board, congrats on taking the first steps.

I have a CX, so I don’t know as much about Titans. But my understanding is that they are perceived as the best option for bigger and girthier guys. I don’t see why you wouldn’t go with that one. I can’t tell you how much they expand in girth - 7.5 does seem at the very high end.

But even if it doesn’t get you that far, I’d think a hard dick that is only 6.5 or 7 inches girth (numbers most guys dream of) is probably better than one that theoretically gets to 7.5 inches.
