I honestly believe I may have undiagnosed VL of the glans (cavernosa too but now implanted and not relevant anymore).

I find that when masturbating that I can enhance the rigidity of my glans if I take my other hand and clamp it over the base of my penis on both sides where the large veins are.

I too have venous leak of both the cavernosum and the glans. Just like you Waynetho, when I clamp at the base, either with my hand or with a ring, my glans fills up and becomes firm.

Floridian, I'm going to use rings with the implant when I get one. Can you tell us more about what rings you use and how you go about it?

For glans engorgement, I use 5mg Cialis, and also take fairly large doses of the supplements L-Arginine and L-Citrulline. It helps but it’s not 100%.

I have a weekend planned with my current lady coming up, I’m going to try 20mg Cialis instead of 5mg that day and see what that gets me. I’ll report back on the results.

I have an implant, but its undersized and use muse and a ved with cockrings for sex.
The glans gets bigger with muse and makes it easier to achieve a good erection with the ved.

I have used the Cialis 5mg regimen that was suggested by my doctor to help firm up the glans. Eventho I have the implant i have been using the VED. That helped increase girth and length since the glans does get more engorged with blood.

If one pumps up the implant it appears to be oval shape and not round. With arousal it starts to round out like it should be and it gets that way since more blood gets to the glans. So the Cialis helps a lot i think, for me. I have also tried using rings too...and that is good too. The glans really gets big and wife loves it even more...

My surgeon told me the VED is okay to use if i max the implant first. Have not had any trouble so far using it for therapy too.

Yeah I'm not sure if it's placebo, but using a tighter one on just the shaft will make it balloon tighter but then it goes more numb anyway and if it's too tight she says it feels unnatural (probably more like a solid dildo). Either way, what I like most about behind the balls is that it keeps it firmly against the body not half way up the shaft. It also makes the balls fluff up a bit which is enjoyable for both.

I’ve had my implant 3-1/2 years and never stopped taking cialis. I use 10 mg on sex days and occasionally 5 mg on any given day other day. Definitely helps with engorgement!
