Yes, it is absolutely a common issue and will get better with time. It was very common for me for a long while, honestly I feel like I am just now back in control of my orgasms about 18 months in. Given how ahead of the curve you have been, maybe it will be quicker for you.

Your nerves have been rewired. It takes a bit to get used to new sensations and new ways of thinking about orgasms. But they absolutely return, at least for me they did.

Hey all, last night I had my first sex since I was implanted October 21.

It was good and felt very natural, but I wasn’t able to orgasm, and believe me we tried every position over several hours. I think the primary issue is that my glans was a bit overly sensitive, and sometimes I could feel the implant tips inside the glans.

No, I have another medical explanation:
