Do bigger implants lead to a bigger penis? (revisions)

Following this thread with interest.

i was implanted in February 2022 and my new surgeon estimates I was undersized by approximately 4cm minimum. When I came around i was surprised to hear he only put an 18cm in me given I used to be around 8' pre Peyronies.

I had always thought any revision with the correct sizing would at least make me a little bigger but it looks like I'm too optimistic given what people are saying on this thread!

4cm undersize is massive. Your doctor sounds terrible.

If you really had an 8 inch penis. I would bet you will be around the 24cm mark. This is 6cm more than you have now.

Im pretty sure you will recover your size or at least more than you have now

I was fully expecting a 24cm, or 21/22 as a minimum - The tips go no where near my Glands and they instead can be felt well into my shaft, about 15mm - 20mm from the base of the glands. It works but the top 1/4 of the shaft is not straight and I would never recommend my surgeon to anyone in the UK thinking of getting an implant. Now seeing Ralph at UCLH and if it wasn't for the fact that I'm a type one diabetic I would have had the revision 18 months ago.
