I understand! In that case I would suggest a solo trip somewhere where you are exotic and desired. I gather you live in Europe, maybe you should take a vacation in Eastern Europe? Or Southeast Asia. Myself personally I travel to Latin America, where I speak the language and I am much more exciting than I am in my city in the US. I asked Hakky about his preference for a horizontal incision. He was baffled that some surgeons use a vertical incision. Paraphrasing him here:

“We are trying to access corpora that are on either side of the midline of the incision. Why wouldn’t you give yourself better, easier access with a lateral incision that allows you to better visualize and manipulate the corpora? Going vertical means you have to have a longer incision and stretch the wound to get adequate access. It makes no sense.”
