So was this by a high volume surgeon. That clearly looks like you were undersized. My tips go a little more than halfway into my glans. However my glans doesn't seem to get engorged like it used to. Don't know why but I haven't had any problems having sex with my wife so I'm not highly concerned about that. So are you able to have pleasurable pain free sex. It seems like it would be pretty uncomfortable with the glans like that but what do I know other than to ask. I definitely would get a second opinion to insure no further issues might arise from being undersized.

Yes, you are definitely not wrong with your opinion. I was doing a lot of research befor chosing my surgeon and the way he is dealing with my issue is good also. Here in Germany there aren´t really experienced surgeons and USA was definitely too far and also too expensive....sorry to say....so Turkey was a good alternative and this clinic is doing about 25 inplants a year....whereas in all of Germany it is only around 60.

So I will see what I can do.

Is it easier that the whole surgery? Or do you have the same 6 weeks waiting to cycle and have sex again?

after my surgery I was facing the problem about length and also about the "angle" of my glans. It is pinting downwards and sometimes it is making it a bit hard to enter the vagina. By now I know how to manage that problem by supporting it with 2 fingers on the lower side, but I am scared that it might increase with time.

My doctor says it can be glans hypermobility. But maybe someone here has/had the same issues and can give me a first-hand-tip about that?

Can it have to do with the size of my implant also? Undersized a bit? Because I lost more than an inch to my lenght before

Your doctor gave you the "your glans is too hypermobile" bullshit. Same thing my doctor did. read my story with Karaman. Terrible things doctor do.

It is likely you will need a revision. 99% of cases are because the doctor undersized you. 1% is true hypermobility regardless of size, but if you had real hypermobility, you would know this even before the implant.

And not sure I really want to undergo the whole procedure again. Doctor say they must look at it and decide if the fix the glans or must exchange the whole implant. Just not easy to find another 6week-spot where I don´t "need" my cock. I do sex-parties and spend my time in Thailand (winter) and in a naturist resort in Croatia (summer), where you run around naked and you cannot do that with a semi-inflated cock of course

Look at my previous posts and you will find it. I got a floppy glans because of incorrect dilation of the corpus cavernosa.

Of course if you want to stay like this up to you, nobody enjoys to do revisions of course.

May i ask who was your doctor in turkey?
