The pulling exercise is only for infra-pubic guys because their tubing is being forced to bend a lot and it wants to pull up.

The rest of us have the pump basically right where we want it (or even “too” low, pushing out the bottom of our scrotum), but the body likes to encase things it finds inside it so this can happen.



I totally disagree with that observation, I had penscrotal and the Titan pump most certainly adhered to my scrotum, along with quite a few others whether on franktalk or Reddit.

I am not debating your observation I am saying most of us are not instructed to do the daily pulling exercise because all it would do is increase risk to our plumbing. My pump is already as low as it can be.

Adherence is a weird thing that happens in the body that is different for everyone and we just have to figure it out individually.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.
