Hard flaccid has ruined me

I have hard flaccid from last 10 years!
My symptoms are Constipation, dribbling,pain on left side of penis just below the glans, retracted penis, CNT get erection without hand stimulation,if stand up can't feel any connection with my penis
I am 31 now thinking about getting an implant but is there anyone who have implant and it helped him please reply me because I am very depressed atm
I have no random erections from last 10 years
I have done Doppler with low arterial flow
I am feeling very low and thinking about implant but can't find testimony of someone suffering from hard Flaccid who got penile implant
My penis is contracted,rubbery and hard like a stone when standing
I haven't got implant because I am worrying about pressure of muscle while penis in constant contracted state
Please help me

Hey man - so sorry you’re dealing with this but you’ve come to the right forum. Out of curiosity, where are you located?

It sounds like you’ve already been taking some actions like getting Doppler performed, that’s great. I don’t have hard flaccid but you should try using the search function to see what topics have feedback around guys with hard flaccid that have gotten an implant - I know there’s definitely some threads here on FrankTalk that would be helpful for you, and I hope some folks see this topic and can give you direct feedback on this thread too.

Depending on your location, you should find a high volume surgeon and do a consultation with them - even virtually to get their initial thoughts. You might have to travel, just depends. It’s worth it though to work with true experts in the field!

Edit: also just wanted to add, there are definitely options out there for you, don’t lose hope!

I have my Doppler done twice both times they told me I have low arterial flow and my artery are collapsed
I have no sensation while standing and flaccid penis is hard like a stone
I don't know if getting implant with this hyper contracted penis will give me any sensations back ....
I worried about constant pressure that will be caused by muscle after implant
I am worried about my urinary symptoms getting worse after implant because I have split urine stream at the minute
I come on frank talk in hope of someone's getting the implant with similar situation
But I have never find a single guy resembling my symptoms

I think you should consider setting up a virtual consultation with one of the high volume implant surgeons like Clavell, Hakky, Eid, etc - purely to discuss your current situation, the impact of your hard flaccid + numbness, and get a sense of potential outcomes of if you got an implant IPP or MPP.

You could share with them your Doppler results, all your current hard flaccid symptoms and impacts, and your current fears about whether the implant will help or not. I have only consulted with Dr Hakky - but I will tell you he is a straight shooter and has spoken to me VERY candidly about pros, cons of both types of implants (IPP and MPP). He is very very knowledgeable and empathetic to the struggles of his patients.

A virtual consult with an implant surgeon like Hakky could help you deep dive your concerns and your exact situation, and you don’t necessarily have to even proceed with an implant from that surgeon, but for me at least my first consult with Hakky was AMAZING to get his honest opinions on things.

Hell yeah, thanks for aggregating these in one place Thisworld.

Also - Indianrasputin got a malleable (MPP) - the Boston Scientific Tactra I believe. Just so you’re aware Waqas007 so you can see some journals and posts about how someone with hard flaccid has fared with a malleable prosthesis and compare that to IPP. Not sure if there would be unique advantages / disadvantages to one type of prosthesis over the other when it comes to HF, would be good to research.
