Post-Op Deflation

I’m a few days post-op from a revision (pump/tubing relocation only) and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar?

When I woke up from surgery, my cylinders were clearly left partially inflated. Over the next 48–72 hours, I noticed the firmness gradually reducing to the point where they now feel mostly deflated and this happened without me touching the deflate button at all.

My understanding is that this can be passive deflation/autodeflation in the early post-op period due to swelling, pressure changes, or the valve settling, but it still feels unsettling when you notice it happening. I’m just really hoping it’s not some sort of leak.

I can’t start cycling again for two weeks to confirm.

The pump sat too high which caused some tubing to bunch up and protrude at the top of my scrotum.

thanks, was the pump fixed or loose, mine is not fixed but also high up, was it a surgeon error, I see you had the same surgeon all the way.

It wasn’t fixed and I don’t believe it was surgeon error. I think it was just where my pump happened to settle.
