Advice on deflating titan

Postby Ljammmm » Fri Dec 19, 2025 5:37 am

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any advice on deflating a titian?

I was cleared to start cycling on Tuesday but was still a bit sore in my scrotum when I tried to press the button so left it a few days.

My button is facing in towards me and a little bit upward.

Now I've tried again today and yesterday the deflate button seems impossible to detect, the skin around it seems to have thickend up and I don't have enough movement to get my finger behind it to find the button.

I've tried hot baths and ibuprofen but just can't reach it.

If anyone has any tips it would be really helpful!

You should be able to rotate it, are you sure it hasnt adhered to your scrotum?

Massage

Massage

Then follow tubes to release flat.

Wilsonmill. Asking if it attached if so massage some more. Don’t expect to do this in one sitting if you’re uncomfortable with it. Just keep going back to it
The pump will be looking for a home for a while, just massage that sucker everytime you take a whiz. Well before or after unless you are outside and aim doesn’t matter.

It can be PITA for sure. Mine seemed to be surrounded by testicular plumbing but after a while it got easier to find. The surgeon said it should be facing to the right by default since the reservoir tube goes to the right and though it does often rotate a bit, it’s generally on the right.

Do you mean where they sow it onto it to keep it stab? If so they didn't mention anything like that. Or do you mean something else?

It took me an embarrassingly long time to realise you said massage not message, thought I had forgotten how to read!

Yeah I think I'm just getting a bit frustrated cause I'm keen to start cycling and everything else feels good to go

That's exactly how mine feels now can't tell anything from anything so how am I meant to find the button!

I wish mine was on the right im confident I could delfate it there, but cause it's facing in a tight to me in my pelvic bone seems to be getting in the way.

Dealing with the pump was one of my issues in the beginning. Between swelling, soreness and the reduced sensation in my fingers I could not find that little button to deflate. Had to go back to doc twice to deflate me, embarrassing situation.
The pump should be free floating in your scrotum at the bottom of the tubes. You should be able to move it around some. Once you find the pump feel around the base just above the bulb to find the tiny deflate button that's located on one side of that pump base. My pump base is circular on two sides, square on the other two sides. The button is on one of the square sides.
I always hold down the deflate button while I squeeze my shaft.
