I think a small amount of pain indicates the tissues stretching. I was pretty aggressive cycling, and I’d have pretty significant pain and I would keep it that way until it was enough that I felt I had to deflate.

I have little pain now, I think taking that pain up front contributed to getting to a place of comfortable inflation sooner.

Ive only pumped to the point where my bulb hardened. I didnt realize I shouldve continued pumping to slight discomfort. It’s been two months out of surgery. About la month and a half since Ive started cycling.

Since I havent been going 100% will this affect regaining my size? Im pretty worried about this oversight…

I doubt it will hurt anything. If the bulb gets hard you are getting close to full inflation. And guys that have longer recoveries or complications often can’t cycle until 8+ weeks, and still get their size back.

I think you’re fine. One thing Hakky told me, is that some guys get obsessed with getting the implant so hard that they get both hands on the pump and crank down on it as hard as they can. This can lead to tubing failures as the pressures get above design limits. It’s fine to put pressure on the pump, but only use one hand and don’t go beyond reason.

My situation is exactly the same. 6 weeks post-op. The device has been cycled twice now. At the Doctors office earlier today and now once at home. I am not overly impressed. Kind of a half erection. I expected better based on descriptions and pictures I’ve seen. I think it should be more inflated, but more pumps done appear to not to make a difference. Pump is stiff.

You expected better based on descriptions and pictures you saw of guys at six weeks after having cycled twice? Or you ignored the fairly constant advice that YOU NEED TO GIVE IT TIME.

It’s gonna be all right. Chill out, recuperate, give it time. Your length will come back, the implant softens, it’s gonna be all right.

Be well, Leto
