Thanks for the replies guys, I’ll wait until my follow up before I mention the surgeon, it was one of the highest volume implanters in the U.K.

One thing exacerbating the issue seems to be when fully pumped my penis point up to 1/2 o clock, this makes the tips seem shorter, if I push my penis straight then the tips to go more in to the glans. Hoping it’s just stiff tissues and cycling will resolve it let’s see.

Image the same issue as you, and I would argue my bend is even more severe than yours.

I was implanted privately in the UK and was massively undersized so much so that the tops go nowhere near the glands and I am petrified they will erode the skin.

Now seeing Ralph who assures me all will be ok and not to worry , luckily I don’t have floppy glands as I get decent natural engorgement, so much so I can’t sometimes have sex without pumping.
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Are you getting your revision through the NHS or having to pay privately again?

I'm on the UCLH NHS now ( even though I'm based in Dorset ) so Ralph ( if he's still there ) will be doing any revisions under the NHS. My initial surgery cost £12,500 and although it works, and I'd say an overall success, its far from perfect. I'm a type 1 diabetic so because of my increased infection risk we have decide to leave it and wait until it HAS to be replaced. i was close to 8' pre Peyronies, and 5 and a bit ' pre surgery and somehow my Dr decided to stick an 18cm inside me. Ralph says I should have been 21cm minimum.
