18 hours later. No pain anywhere. No discoloration. The good news is that I am very close to my pre-IPP measurements. Mt dick is about 7.25” length right now and my girth at midpoint is 6.5” and 7” at the base. Exactly the same as pre-IPP.

I have to say, I struggled mightily to not keep on going with the cycling. I think I ended up doing a hard 60 minutes + another 20 gentle minutes.

I need to learn to modulate and control myself better.

3 days of cycling (none today yet).

It would be fair to say that I have very little self control. After having cycled for three days between 60 and 70 minutes cumulatively each day, and having progressively increased the pressure inside the cylinders to the point of almost pain - definitely strong discomfort, I am finally having a feeling of being sore.

I woke up this morning to mild pain in my glans and mid shaft. Maybe soreness is more appropriate a description. So, I am waiting till I get to bed tonight before I cycle again. I think I will pull a 60 minute session and stop increasing the inflation at the early part of discomfort.

Question to the community: Have any of you felt this sore feeling when you first embarked on the cycling journey?

Two more items:
1- to used to bicycle (weird verb, yet appropriate on this board) till I had a major accident in early August. I was left with 5 broken ribs, a broken scapula, a broken clavicle that required surgery, and a punctured lung. I had the IPP surgery less than two months after the clavicle surgery. And then, I have to interrupt my recovery by leaving on business trip that started in early November and lasted till Dec 9. So, yesterday, was the first day I could get on a bicycle. I used my electric trainer at home due to the cold in NYC and the first thing I noticed is that my "deflated" penis was still pretty erect when stuffed into bicycling shorts and my glans chafed quite a bit; I kept on having to reposition my penis right and left (like windscreen wipers). So this may have contributed to my sore penis today.

2- My scrotum is still the size of a honeydew. I saw my surgeon on Thursday and we agreed that I should go back on Jan 8 for an ultrasound and a possible deflation by needle! Syringe, not pop the balloon.

Headair123, yes, on your first issue that sounds like my experience at the beginning of cycling. From that point everything continued to get better and resolve. On your second point, I was so swollen that I couldn't start cycling until almost 8 weeks. I'd be interested to know how the reduction of swelling by needle goes. Best wishes !

You know? I think my scrotum is getting bigger little by little. I can almost swear that it is bigger now than last Thursday.

I don't really mind it. I do have a fetish thing for it. But, I measured it at over 1,500 cc and that makes it difficult to wear a suit if you plan on taking the jacket off. My wife through away all of my traditional, conervative banker suits and forces me to wear an Italian cut.

Also, that much weight tugs a lot on the shaft after you inflate the IPP. Slightly uncomfortable if I want my shaft to go above the horizon when I am standing up.

On a separate front, when I cycle, I notice that my gals actually get smaller.
And, squeezing my pelvic floor muscles does not do any thing near what squeezing does when I am deflated or in any state of erection prior to the IPP surgery.

Anyone notice the same?

And, does it go away?
