Gentlemen, I have an official surgery date after MONTHS of my own research and consultation

I’ll be traveling back to Atlanta on 01/20/2026 to have a Rigi10 MPP installed with Dr Hakky.

I’m more than happy to talk more about my reasoning for going with an MPP - a lot of thought ultimately went into the decision and I feel very good about it.

Now I just need to get my labs, an EKG, and then get through my pre-op visit on 01/06.

I’m very very nervous to be honest but also excited about what the future might hold.

Huge thank you to everyone here who has answered questions and given me their thoughts and opinions along the way, I couldn’t have gotten to this point without the guys here on FT. I intend on doing a detailed journal about my experience once implanted.

You're in great hands and you're getting a solid MPP option. I know Hakky likes the Rigicon MPPs, and every surgeon has his own unique preferences from long experience. Please keep us in the loop! We're all rooting for you!!
