Women and implants, please share your experience

Hello,

I am a 58M struggling with ED and very seriously considering an implant. I am still able to have nocturnal erections, but for a mix of reasons, mostly psychogenic, I struggle to get erections during the day and loose them quickly.

Among the topics I am researching is the reaction of women to an implant, any struggle to accept it, maybe due to the « unnatural body » inside? Or to the preparation needed to pumping ?

I would love to hear your experience, especially in stable relationships.

I could write paragraphs about this, but will keep it simple. My girlfriend has told me that our sex is without question the very best she has ever had with a bonus of being able to keep my erection for as long as she want to be able to use it!

She also said that watching me pump it up is not “ weird” because she knows very good things will cum from it and she gets turned on watching me stroke it while I pump.

Getting an implant ranks as a top 5 decision in my life!

There isn't much to say about the implant. A body part doesn't function how it should, the implant fixes that. Basically, you can have sex, or not. From what many say most females can't tell if your dick is implanted. My wife likes mine, it works well and I am able to satisfy her sexually.
