What do people generally regain first from cycling; length or girth?

I have been fortunate in that I didn’t seem to lose a lot of girth overall, though I’m less round and more oval now unless very aroused. If I gain girth that would be nice, but if I stay where I am I’m okay with that too.

It might be that length increases first because at the tips there is less surface area and thus the force is applied to a smaller area and stretches more as a result. In girth the force the implant exerts on the tunica is spread across the entire length and diameter of the shaft, which is far more tissue to push against.

You've lost 0.5 but you're very girthy. For someone with 4 inches girth it would be very disappointing to lose 0.5.

Also slightly more oval shaped than before but still looks normal. I doubt anyone would notice anything unusual.
Note that I didn't even start cycling until 6 weeks post op, so all gains have happened during the weeks and months after that.

ElbowRoom, that sounds right. Also, at least for the CX, increases in length come from the cylinders achieving their max length as they came from the factory. Meaning the material itself doesn’t have to expand, just the tissue.
