Could you please tell me where the tube leading to the reservoir runs?
All the swelling has gone down, and I've palpated all my equipment. The tube leading to the reservoir is still painful; it feels like it's still trapped within the swollen tissue in my scrotum. Perhaps this is the dartos my surgeon uses to wrap the tubes to prevent them from fraying prematurely. The tube protrudes slightly upward from the pump, and to eliminate this protrusion, although it's not particularly noticeable, I feel the urge to push this excess tube into the reservoir's space. But for now, this is all subjective.
But most importantly, the tube runs right up to the right cylinder. It exits the scrotum, as if wrapping around the right cylinder, and then disappears into the interior at the top. Therefore, the tube slightly compresses the right cylinder, causing it to become slightly compressed by the tube when deflated, causing the appearance of a dog ear. In other words, the tube slightly presses on the right cylinder from the side. The area where the tube and cylinder meet begins to hurt when walking and 20 minutes after full inflation.
The left cylinder was also compressed by swelling in the postoperative canal, through which the surgeon accessed the dorsal aspect from the penoscrotal approach to dissect the scar tissue.
As a result, both cylinders were laterally compressed at their bases.

Re: Where is your pipe going to the reservoir?
I can feel tubing at about 4 o' clock and 8 o' clock just behind the surface of the base of my penis.
When I lye flat I can sometimes see the tubing protruding at 4 and 8, although it's more prominent on the left hand side.
On the right hand side I think I can feel the tubing as it exits my lower body and falls into my scrotum. If that's what I suspect it is, that would be the tube that runs from the reservoir to the pump. Such tubing is certainly very palpable when I go feeling around for it but it's not really obstructive or uncomfortable, neither for masturbation nor for day to day activities such as walking. It's not affecting the comfort level of my implant. The long stiff flacid is more of a nuisance for me.

Does your reservoir tube run right up to the cylinder or not? That's my main question.

I think it's running round the outside of the crus on the right side. He said with my reservoir "on my right" it puts the deflate button "toward the right" which adds up.
