sensitivity upon ejaculation

Postby Luisdido » Sun Dec 14, 2025 5:26 pm

I've read here that after getting a penile implant, men can have sex even after ejaculating by leaving the implant on, but my question is how do they do it? In my case, the glans remains sensitive after ejaculation. Is there any way to penetrate it? I've had the implant for a year, but it doesn't solve my premature ejaculation.

I've noted the same. After I ejaculate continuing becomes uncomfortable in the glans area. I'm hoping that changes since I have only been cleared for sex since Nov.4.

But that's normal, wait for some minutes and the sensitivity goes awy and you can continue with no problems...

That actually sounds like two questions/issues.

1. How to resolve premature ejaculation?
Have you tried desensitizing creams etc? I found those helpful when I was in my prime and climaxed too early.
Might be good to also post your question in the Premature Ejaculation forum:

2. How to resolve glans sensitivity after ejaculation?
I agree with Dan, try waiting for a bit and the sensitivity should go away.
Or is it taking too long for that to happen?
