Revision/Replacement Surgery with Dr. Kramer Friday Nov 7th, 2025

Postby krh9999 » Wed Nov 12, 2025 3:19 pm

Hi all.

Had my pump and cylinders replaced on Nov 7th, 2025 in Cape Cod by Dr. Kramer. I had the original implant done DEC 2018 I believe. After fucking very hard it bent a few times and then had issues re-pumping it up last FEB 2025. Took me awhile to get insurance on board, but finally did and they covered it (AETNA was a real pain about it).

I am from CA so I stayed in CAP COD until Monday, and glad I did. I iced most of the days and stopped pain meds on Saturday (the day after). I am taking ibuprofen if needed but didn't need anything except on the long plane ride home.

The DR upsized me from 24 cm to 25 cm - AMS CX. He told me to start cycling in ten days given I already have the space from the previous implant. Here is the video on youtube.

I am healing very well at this point, which is 5 days out.

Here are a few pics.

Congrats! I had Kramer as well for my current, first implant. I found him to be a very good doctor and would recommend.

Yes. I think he is one of the most knowledgable in the US. I would recommend also. In my case which is not typical, he has had experience and knows what to do for the best out come.

Just a little update.

I am on day 8. I haven't taken any pain meds since last week except for some ibuprofen Monday for my plane ride home.

Still swollen in the balls but they look good, hehe. Penoscrotal incision is healing well with dissolvable stitches. I've been through this before so I know the scrotal skin heals very well and the scar will be almost invisible in months.

If I wanted, I can cycle already without much pain in the penis (most is at the head of the penis). I've done a few pumps and released without issue. But I am waiting another week or so to really go at it to full inflation per the Dr. Kramer's orders. Also looking forward to getting into the hot tub in another week which I know will significantly help.

So far happy with the result and I know this changes daily and weekly when swelling is involved.

Hitting 5 weeks now.

The healing for this implant (my 2nd) has been much much easier, much quicker and less pain all around. I started cycling around 3 weeks and had some sex around 4 weeks. Swelling really subsided by 2 weeks. That was definitely not the case when originally installed in 2018.

Only issue I have is that the implant is curving to the left a bit too much for my taste. I am hoping it will straighten out with more cycling.
