Got my implant today in Manhattan.
Hey brothers Dr Joel Hillelsohn at NYU LANGONE implanted my Titan XL 24cm infrapubicly. Im in absolutely no real pain just a little soreness.I go see him tomorrow to get the drain removed. If your in the NYC tri-state area and are getting an implant from anyone other than Dr Joel you are out of your fucking mind. I feel great, virtually no pain.Ive lost no size or girth and as a matter of fact ive gained in those areas. Im happy as a motherfucker. Dr Joel Hillelsohn is the fucking man!!!

Gained in length and girth in less than a week? Did he make it so you can shoot half gallon loads ten feet as well?
