Gjmjoe,

Does the ring go over your tubing at the base?

Any issues with that?
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.

Yes,so far no problems!What you have to watch is taking the ring off.Make sure to pull out on the ears before removing so you don’t pull the tubing down!

Ah, I see, I understand.

Does your Dr/Surgeon know that you are using one?
Did they say it was okay?
I've heard a few say that it is fine.

Anyway, great result!
I intend to do the same.
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.

The Coloplast Rep does and he thinks it’s fine plus Perito in Miami says it’s ok and that’s good enough for me!

I know it's an old thread, but does anyone know what kind of ring that is?
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.

No, I've only used singles or the loop and tie types, but maybe something from this range?

71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

That is what I thought it looked like, but in my experience, those are such flimsy gimmicks they would never clamp deep and tight like he has it.
