I too will be doing the malleable when my pump fails.
I did the IPP, malleable, then back to IPP (inflatable penile prosthesis)
Malleable was a quick recovery for me, and i was actually playing by the end of the month.
When I went back to the IPP, it was 11 months before I could achieve orgasm while fucking.
The problem with me on the malleable was the sensitivity.It really was driving me crazy and I was glad i could walk around naked.
I was fine playing, but ANY type of clothing was driving me up the wall! I was going to a shindig with a friend and I actually had to pull over and pull out my dick to relieve the pressure. There was nothing sexy about it, to say the least.
